If you have a Neopost Model 9640, 9659, or 9500 Series postage meter your PIN number is 9999. If you have a Model 9280 Series postage meter your PIN number is the same as your meter’s serial number. If you have a SM-22 or SM26 Postage Meter your supervisor pin number is 9430. |

You need to perform a P-20 meter inspection with this meter. You can do this by using the "1-800-TO RESET" phone line. Just select the option "To clear a P-20". You can get your meter readings by looking at your user guide. |
